Deputy Secretary, Strategy and Analytics Division, Department of Health and Human Services, Victoria Mr Symonds heads the Strategy and Analytics division of the Department of Health and Human Services, Victoria, which is responsible for the development of policy and strategy across the department. The division leads the department’s government relations, workforce planning, system intelligence and data analytics work as well as developing new policy approaches for client service delivery. Mr Symonds has a background in both the disability and health service sectors and was appointed in July 2015.
