Dr Favil Singh, PhD, is an Academic Lecturer and Researcher in the School of Medical and Health Sciences and Exercise Medicine Research Institute, at Edith Cowan University; and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA). His clinical oncology work focuses on the role of exercise in the management of chronic diseases especially in the area of prehabilitation for prostate and rectal cancer patients. He is an early career researcher building a track record that includes 12 refereed publications and 13 supplementary publications with 511 citations (H-index 8) and 28 refereed conference and industry proceedings. He is also the recipient the 2018 Suzanne Cavanagh Early Career Investigator Grant for his work in Prehabilitation and prostate cancer.
