Rachel Whiffen is the Manager of Cancer Council Victoria’s Clinical Network (formerly Victorian Cooperative Oncology Group). Rachel coordinates the Clinical Network’s advocacy agenda and oversees the program’s work in cancer clinical trials, and building the capacity of members and the Network’s committees in the areas of practice change, professional development and research. Rachel has previously worked in Cancer Council Victoria’s SunSmart program and has a background health promotion, health sector capacity building in the primary care setting and holds a Masters in Public Health and degrees in Exercise Science and Psychology.
